Green Paint on my car?
Hey guys,
The other day I was washing my car and noticed that I had green paint on my black car. I don't know what happened but it looked like I drove over some green paint that was on the ground?!?!?! Now I have a few lines of green paint by the splash guards and green paint dots on my back bumper. How can I get rid of this? Wet sand? Polish? Wax? I have no idea, any input would help. Thank you.

You may be able to just wash it off. If that fails try some compound, but be very careful because you can easily make it worse if you aren't careful. Wet sanding would be my last option. Actually it may be best to simply take it to a good Detailer, if it doesn't wash off. Most of them will charge you less than a $100, and when they are done you'll have a beautiful car.

I wouldnt use Lacquer unless A. you know what youre doing or B. You have exhausted all other options. The clay bar should do its job.

About a month ago something like this happened to me. I dont know where it came from but i had green paint splashed all over one side of my car. (Black G). I used rubbin alcohol to gently get it out. I did this the same day it happened so perhaps the paint was still a little fresh. After that i just went and got the car wax and the car looks like new. Try it, it might work for you. my 2 cents.
