I wish i knew the brand because the pic makes it look like a solid exhaust system. Looks like motordyne with the stacked resonators. If you get it do a write up about it.

It does look like a motordyne. Picture can make things look better than they are sometimes..sometimes you can find a "good deal", most of the time YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR....just sayin..

I have similar mods - the Test Pipes and I put a plenum spacer on it and it was a nice little difference mostly in the higher RPM's, and for the wheel length, you could get wheel spacers. I've read that 20mm in the front and 25mm in the back looks the best for stock wheels.

FI or Not to FI

I'm new to this forum

I've been researching for a while and I don't know what to do.

I have a 06 6MT and I was debating to get my car supercharged. I'm only 18 with a minimum wage job. Saved about 2k and probably about to dump, if not all, most of my money on my car.

I know to get my car SC it going to cost me way more than 2k, will save up if i decide to go FI. But the thing is, its my DD and probably going to be for a while. I want the power but money flow is low. (600-800 a month)

My car is pretty much stock engine wise. If I do stay NA there are the parts I'm going to get:

Ztube with K&N filter
MD 5/16 plenum spacer
Mrev2
Berk HFC
osiris tune

When I get money: (Don't know what bands yet)
exhaust
Sway Bars
Coils

Should I stay NA or go FI?

If I stay NA what other mods should I get for power gains?
Anything I miss before the Tune?

Any feedback would b very helpful
Thanks in advance

18 and a minimum wage job, dude, please do NOT dump all your cash into your car. For FI you're looking closer to the $8 to $10K range, plus more if things go wrong.

If you're not in college, take that $2k and check out your local VoTech to get training in some kind of career. Blowing money on my car is one of the few things I regret when I was 18-20.

But it's your cash, and it looks like you have a respectable list of mods to stay NA. You could probably squeeze that whole list in for $2k if you hunt around for deals.

Question What mods to add on a 06AT coupe?

Looking for a little advice. I have a 2006 coupe automatic and was looking to do a couple mods that are inexpensive that actually would make a difference.

Currently have a z-tube with drop in k&n filter.

Mods I've been considering;

Injen cai or stillen w/cold air box
MD 5/18 spacer plenum
And maybe some kind of mod to my stock exhaust

You should comb through that thread as it may answer some of your general questions.

If you have a specific question, research or ask, but be specific. The general question threads (like this one) won't go too far.
