So I'm going to purchase a cat back exhaust for my G when I get some money for my b-day.

What do you guys recommend for a lower pitch sound? Don't want any rattle sound or anything, just clean and nice.

Has anyone ever tint wrap blacked out their tail lights? The thick dark but clear layer of plastic kind of stuff that you can peel off later (no, not plasti dip). How much should it cost? I live in California, I know I can do it myself but I know I'll leave air bubbles and it'll look horrible.

Just paint them black, that's what I did. Do your headlights too.

That's just their high flow cats. You said you wanted a full cat back exhaust.

Well I don't want to spend that much atm for an entire system.

Won't replacing just the cats make the exhaust note much louder? That's all I'm looking for for the time being.

^^This.

AAM Competition has really good high-flow cats if that's all you're looking for. These cars tend to rasp if you only half-*** the exhaust though. Which is what you said you don't want.

AAM + Fast Intentions is the BEST sounding combo (but I'm biased because that's what I have). Save more pennies.

Yea I like the sound of that combo.

So I would need to buy:
http://www.fastintentions.com/produc...roducts_id/107
and
http://aamcompetition.com/i-4644825-...flow-cats.html

For that combo?

Also I was thinking about plasti-dipping my grille black, keeping the emblem chrome. How do you think that would look?

Yup, that's what I'm running. Fast Intentions also has round mufflers available, they're supposedly a little louder.
