Remember how we got rid of Gray Davis because he wanted to raise the registration fee to help out with the CA deficit?
Then Arnold came along and said he wouldn't... Seems like he just prolonged it and F'd us up even more. The economy is worse and we're in bigger debt...
Republicans = Big Spender + Cut Taxes on Business. Then tax the people to make up for it.

I'm sorry, my brain's just having a hard time comprehending that. We ARE talking about your license plate, the little sticker that goes on it, along with that little rectangle of paper, yes?
I pay $36 in PA. I paid an extra $20 to get my personalized plate, but that's a one-time fee. I think I'd **** myself if I got a letter from the DMV saying that my registration fee is $300!
Or are you guys talking about inspection/emissions? Cause that would make more sense. I dunno much about all the nonsense that Cali' requires.
