I sure as hell would not call my insurance company.. they will increase ya rate u can bet that.. Now as far as the cap.. U might want to call the service department and ask them a couple of question about how can a rad cap blow if the car is not on or something to that effect. Any time I have my car towed I'm always there to make sure they have a flat bed.. otherwise never let them tow it
