Hey you guys,

I live in L.A. and have reserached about 5 different dealrships. I settled on Mission Viejo Infiniti. They were reasonable, no bull and they have EXCELLENT customer service. They didn't try to mark up the vehicle, nor did they make false promises.

Those of you who live out here know that LA to Mission Viejo is a nice little trek - about 50 miles! But it is definitely worth it.

If you go there ask for Robin Gallagher, she is the fleet director. She's cool and straight up. By the way, I don't work for Infiniti, Nissan or the dealership and unfortunately, I won't make any money from sending people there. I just figured you guys could use the tip!

 

There was a thread in the Socal forum about them, alot of us have had bad experiences with them, but it sounds like some personnel changes were made.

 

I had a horrible experience with them. I would not recommend them. But it sounds
like you just happened to get a good salesperson.

 

Worst dealership ever...
I guess that's what happens when you hire a crook to fill your general manager position.

Infiniti of Costa Mesa did it for me and was the only dealer closest to me that had my car. Knocked off at least $500 on an 05.

 

Costa Mesa as well. It was between Van Nuys, Mission Viejo and Costa Mesa. Costa Mesa is just around the block from my house and they were willing to give me the price I wanted. $500 above invoice on my 05 sedan. This was last month BTW.

 

They have been good to me for servicing...Didn't buy my car there though.
