Hp Gain Numbers W/o Forced Induction
I know a few of you wanted to know what are some common gains in hp / tq without upgrading to a turbo. Here is the nice and positive approach to your questions rather than a rude approach. These are numbers I found by companies with the following performance parts.
Headers: +15 hp / 18 tq $600
Cams: +13 hp / 15 tq $1000
Grounding Kit: +5 hp / 3 tq $100
Test Pipes: +16 hp / 20 tq $289
High Flow Cats: +9 hp / 12 tq $455
Pully's: +15-18 hp / 20 tq $324
Exhaust: +14/18 hp / 18 tq $1000
Intake (Cold Air): 14 hp / 12 tq $250
Your looking at a potential $4000 dollars in upgrades coming out to + 108 hp / 118 tq w/o a turbo imagine if you put all that plus a turbo you would be over 500 without any reasonable doubt. So if you have 10,000 to spend towards speed go for it! With some turbo kits you might be able to almost hit 600 which would be insaine!
Others for non hp:
Tein Coilover Shocks: $1700
Sway Bars: $269
Btw. Question what does the HKS Racing Succion Kit exactly do?

I think all of this seems good in theory. However, most people find that they do all of these add-ons and then it amounts to minimal gains. Many dynos have shown this.
Obviously, there are gains to be made with everything you listed. However, I think someone would be hard pressed to get 108 HP out of all of them combined.
If someone could prove to me that all of those would create 108 HP, I would much rather do that than forced induction for the sake of putting less stress on the engine.
Can someone confirm whether or not all of these can produce this type of power? If so, I'm doing some shopping!

Numbers
I checked these numbers with sites such as stillen, intense power, bullet proof all of them listed numbers like these. If you give or take a few horses here and there even if they all added up to 108 hp and 120 torque, give or take say subtract even 30 horses thats still 78 horses and 90 torque which is still insaine considering its a lot safer, and puts a lot less stress on the engine while still sustaining the warrantee.

HAHAHA! THIS IS ONE FUNNY A$$ POST!!!
j/k man, I have every single bolt on besides cams (which I don't consider a bolt on - much like headers, as the labor factor involved in extremely high)... anyways, I dynoed around 218-220 stock and before the headers I was at 252... and I think I've had more actual gains than many others (each additional part I installed actually gained hp if you can believe that!) it's been almost a year since I dynoed, and I'd like to see what the curve looks like now that I've swapped out rear ends... I'd be ecstatic if I hit 260... (a 40hp gain with only bolt-on's is almost unheard of on this car) - trust me, I've done it, and the "ricer math" you implied above only adds up on paper...

Was the Plenum worth it? Did it make a difference?
In your opinion what was the best bang for the buck mod? Thanks

this+this+this=great gains!!!

ricer mathhh....i wish you could get that much Hp. not possible. id say youd get about 25hp with all that stuff. we would all have very fast cars if they worked that way. if we had turbo cars from the factory, then it woudl be a different story. someone from 350zmotoring with an Sti slapped on an intake only and dyno's showed 12hp gains. INSANITY
