The letters that I've seen previously regarding the brake issue are for "model year 2003 and 2004 G35 sedans and automatic transmission coupes."

So, no it's not for Brembo equipped G coupes.

I have had nothing but GREAT luck with my Brembos......except for the STUPID amounts of brake dust!
Never squeaked, changed out original pads and rotors at 29K and they still had another 10K atleast left, but I wanted to do cc/slotted rotors and dustless pads, so I just did it anyway.
PS I have also had a fair amount of history as being pretty hard on brakes in general, so I cannot complain one bit about these brakes

Brembos aren't covered because there was never a problem with them. It's not crap at all.
The Brembos are a superior braking system, and there was never any issues with them except dust and squeaking. The standard Infiniti brakes wore tremendously fast, and had inadequate performance.
You might have guessed that I have Brembos and that I luv them.
