Idle RPM Question.

Hey,
I was wondering those with a 2005 6MT, what is your RPM at when you are at 80mph. 5AT's, please chime in too! Thanks!

Usually when im going 80 its on the freeway, and recently i try to make the best milage i can on freeways so i try to drive on 5th gear as much as possible. in 5th gear at 80MPH i get aroundd the 3500-4000 rpm range

wouldnt driving at higher rpms use more gas?

driving in 5th gear.. so when do you save ur 6th gear for ???
driving in 5th gear aint gonna give u the best mileage.. shift_

5AT here and it hangs around 2800-2900 @ 80 Mph
