Has anybody had experience with a company called, Wheelsdirectonline? They have a package of 19" Volk GT-7's with Falken 245x35(f) and 275X30(r) for $2959.00. I'm really having a problem with buying wheels from a company I cant take my car to or deal with in person. The problem is the only shop in my area is selling the same wheels for around $2800.00, no package, and thats more than I want to pay. THANKS.
Keep the feedback coming, thats just the information i'm looking for. A representative from the company quickly responded back to me with answers to questions I had. The wheels come with center caps too.

^ This day and age most of the big wheel tire shops are offering online service it's just good for business. I have purchased just about every modd I have online because the cost locally is insane here in Hawaii. Make sure to pay them through PAYPAL if possible and as mentioned your biggest gripe is going to be with shipping. Also check out eBay a lot of the tire shops actually offer their wheel tire packages on a eBay store you'll save about 100 bucks over their website usually.
Why do I bother to DIY???

I haven't dealt with that site before...
Did you find out how much it is without the tires? You may only save a little bit and maybe worth it just to get the wheels from them and buy the tires locally. Can also save you headaches in the long run if its improperly balanced. Plus you can start to develop a business relationship for future discounts.
An advantage the local tire shops offer is the ability to buy tire insurance just in case you blow a tire, get a nail, etc. It's pretty inexpensive (like $12 a tire), lasts a lifetime and worth IMO.
BTW - I ordered my cheapie wheels from treaddepot.com I did save a ton a on a package deal and it arrived fine, but I wish I was able to get the tire insurance as I've used it in the past on other custom wheels. I already got a nail in one of my tires!

If you are looking for Volks, either hit up one of the site vendors on here or here is a list of authorized distributors of Volk wheels by state.
