There's some on here too. I was thinkin about it, then started thinking about all the work involved in the whole switch. Kind of a turn off. I know it would be worth it in the end, but I gotta get pumped on it. Also, I was banned from FB remember? HahaOriginally Posted by jerseytaylor

Mine were taped on with two holes per door. The difference is that coupes did not come from the factory with door strips, so they were only taped on since they were never a permanent feature of the car, but it's different for sedans.Originally Posted by theronz

Z-tube, k&n filter. You have to be a little bit more specific on what you consider "cheap". Price range?

Intake spacer if you don't already have. Rev up air box rear section is another. Spacer is a nice bang for the buck.

I bought my G35 used and started on the maintenance of my ride first, since it's also my DD. Change all the fluids (oil, trans, power steering, coolant, brake) and spark plugs and wires. Pay attention to any oil leak in the valve cover (somewhat common issue with our car) when you change the spark plug. If so a new valve cover and new gasket is needed. I'm sure you've covered those. In your current price range, I would do k&n air filter, Z-tube. Guys, correct me if I'm wrong but, the most common mods a little over your budget (not much) are intake spacer (as mentioned on previous post), sway bars. For looks to keep it OEM (over your budget. LOL), I would get 19" Rays or 19" Enkei wheels. Good luck bud!

One of the best "bang for your buck" mods I did was Hotchkis sway bars. Then I added the Tokico D-spec adjustable shocks. Love this set up.

Hey guys,
I'm still shopping for coilovers, and found this bad boy here http://vancouver.craigslist.ca/bnc/pts/4981127516.html
Considering the price it seems like a steal of a deal, except this one part here got my attention:
"They do not include the springs as they are designed to be used with your stock springs".
I am a noob, and it seems to me that these are probably the OEM and not the true dual type which means it will be a little softer and higher? (Not planning to slam it completely). Would you guys pull the trigger?

Pretty sure when you get stance coils you get upgraded springs with it...
