sup guys.. im new to this forum and just wanted to say hi to all the members here..
i've been working at infiniti for about 3 weeks now as a prep guy(preping brand spanking new cars). and ive been thinking about getting a G35 sedan.. im really cool with everyone at work.. the sales manager is offering me a '03 G35 leather for 31k. (38k on sticker price)

is there any difference on the '03 and '04?

 

Yeah, there are a few big things. The 03.5's come standard with HID beams (not that big a deal to me). The biggest thing is the SAT button which typically indicates it's pre-wired for satellite radio. You can also hook up an iPod to it with an aftermarket kit. Look around here for details. I believe the center console is slightly different.

Other than that, they're pretty much the same. I'm sure it's quite a nice car.

Yeah, with only 4 miles on the odometer, it seems like a good deal. It's the full aero package with side sills, not just the spoiler right?

not the full areo.. its just the trunk spoiler with rear difusers

 

get him to a throw a full kit on it! or have him give you the parts and you can find someone on the forum to help you install it.

yea it does have navigation.. its a 03.5 with the hid and sat option.. after a long day of talking to a sales rep, i got them to drop it another grand.. now im just trying to have them throw in the chrome wheels..

 

Jump on it. Nice job knocking another grand off of it. I'm jealous. I don't have nav and had to do an aftermarket sat radio.

i really do want to jump on it but ive been searching around on the forums to see what i have to do to make the navi into navi/tuner and looking around to see what i need to add an ipod. money is not an issue so im willing to pay whatever it takes

You can tell if its an 03 or 03.5 by simply looking at the trunk.
The 03 models (mine) have a handle for the electonic trunk release with "INFINITI" right above it. The 03.5 do not have the handle and have "INFINITI" spelled out across most of the back of the trunk lid. You have to use the key fob to open up the trunk.

Great deal on the G though. Go get it! Congrats!!
