Fuel Cutting Off at Certin RPMs
I am having problems with my 2006 AT G sedan. When you get on the gas, let off the gas, and punch the gas the car shuts down like your bouncing off the rev limiter, but its not near the red line.
My shop has replaced the mass air flow sensor and the crank position sensor. They also looked at cam sensors. The car did run better after the mass air flow sensor was replaced but the next morning it stated acting up again. Any suggestions that I can give my mechanic. They have check the throttle body and also reset the computer.

i've had my VDC off and it cut fuel because it slips. "SLIP" light should show up for half a sec if that is the case. This is due to #1) open diff #2) traction #3) electronic limited slip braking, all of which play a factor but the major part is the braking system.
You could unplug your YAW sensor and take it for a spin, see if it solves your problem.

Take it to a Nissan shop. You're going to be wasting a lot of time and money having someone at a performance shop trying to guess what the problem is and randomly replacing parts. A Nissan/Infiniti tech will use a Consult computer to trouble shoot the car and will find the source of the problem far quicker. The Consult computer can very sensor value on the car.
It sounds to me that there's a problem with the steering wheel position sensor which is connected to the VDC system. This problem is over your techs head.
