Random Little Question Thread
Any issues with switching back from synthetic to regular? I was using Castrol GTX and then I switched to Castrol Syntec to see if it would wear any better but at nearly double the price I'm not sure especially since I had blackstone run my GTX sample and it came back with flying colors. I won't know how the syntec does until I change the oil to back to GTX or keep it with syntec.
I dont see any issues going back and fourth, My old VQ30 i did GTX once in a while. Syntec 5w40 most of the time because i got a free supply. I did mobil1 once and back to normal cheap-o stuff like wolfhead. No issues.
So far on this VQ35 its only been GTX and mobil5000.

Is there a coupe version of the RLQT? If not there needs to be. I'm not making it though, I'll leave that to someone that actually owns a coupe. Maybe it'll stick that way.
Anyway, my question:
In terms of both sound and performance, how much difference is there between the Nismo style y-pipes (I think the Megan V1???) and the HR y-pipes (be they OEM, or the HR looking newer Megan Y.. V2???)
In other words, this:

vs. this:

And is this ^ one more of an upgrade than an OEM HR pipe? Is it an upgrade to an HR equipped G or Z???

every time i hit a hard bump, i crush the metal that holds the bumper to fender, making the sidemarker fall out...i've had to straighten it out several times already, but it only really happens on driver's side...anything i can do to prevent this? i'm gonna end up losing my sidemarkers
