^What, just paint? It's easy, follow Chris' DIY: https://g35driver.com/forums/lightin...eadlights.html

The retrofit on the other hand was a huge PITA

Just good photography

Nah I did similar prep work. Just make sure you are really careful and do your prep right, and you should be fine.

does the vq35de have any electronic throttle restriction or what? ive been looking at some plug and play tuners, and some offer throttle restriction removal and some dont, their websites dont really specify for the g35, only a general spec.

On the Gs it does. From the factory when you floor it the throttle body is programmed to only open the throttle plate 75%. One of the benefits from a tune like Osiris is it removes this restriction allowing the throttle plate to open 100% when floored. It allows for immediate throttle response and eliminates the "lag" that's so irritating.

Is that for 6MT and 5AT? I've never noticed any lag. Hmm

my car runs a bit rich i believe (black smoke at wot) i was hoping to correct it with a tune, i would love to get osiris but i can get a plug and play for less than 400 right now, hypertech or bullydog. not sure how good either of these are, i have ART pipes and full MD exhaust with popcharger, z-tube, 5/16th spacer, any ideas would be helpfull.......

I'm thinking of lowering my car with Eibach Pro-Kit springs and i was curious if anyone knows if you need the camber kit with it? Its a fairly conservative drop and I'm on OEM sport 18's with red shocks (all of which got replaced about 2 months ago)
