Well for the Tokico struts, I believe I read somewhere that it's a good idea to get them re-valved after like 60k or so. I would think it would be the same for coilovers.

Are you familiar with the infamous "chain dragging noise" phenomenon? Happens on all G's according to bythabay. I have a 6MT and experience it. He says it's engine pinging but I've heard people mention the cat heat shields. That coupled with the bushing squeaks can be pretty embarrassing

sometimes i start the car and it shuts back off, happens rarely. I got a new battery installed recently, and the weird thing is it doesnt happen when the car's been sitting overnight but when it's been sitting for like 5 minutes. What could it be?

Open Windows Automatically

Did you guys know that if you press the unlock button on the key fob then hold it down for a couple seconds the windows will open???

I just found this out yesterday!

Apparently you can buy a module from KP something to close them when you hit lock twice.

Yup. You can also close your windows by putting the key in the door lock and holding it in the lock position.

The KP Tech module is pretty good for auto window-rollup via remote.

Does it really shorten the life of your a/c if you use it with the windows open or is that just a myth?

^ Yes, have you taken the wiper cowl off to replace the battery? There is a big opening in their which looks to be like the AC.

^ so basically having your windows open does not affect how much dust collects on the cabin filter, and you're just getting dust in the cabin?

You also have to be a member for 45 days. If you fulfill that requirement PM Candlestick Park and he can hook you up.
