Hmm ok and those are from 05-07 sport coupes which are only 6mt? Or is it any 05-07 sports? Any way to visually tell the difference? And is it front and/or rear that are beefier? Sorry for all the questions. Thank you!

There is a visable difference (sorry, I don't have a pic anymore). They are visably thicker/chunkier. I'm not sure on exactly which model coupes they came on but you can order the ones for an 07 sport coupe on infinitipartsonline.com
They're called "stabilizer link"

so i have a couple questions.
i'm looking for +10mm spacers. i can't seem to get a consensus on what is a reliable spacer; ichiba v2, project kics, b2auto, etc.
also, what type of lugs should i get to meet these requirements?
60 degrees, 21HEX, M12
i was thinking of the project mu super7. i dunno if i should just purchase lug locks or get a new set of lugs/locks.
also, i f'd up my trunk (2006 sedan). my pad flew off my DA and left 2 circles that went through the paint. should i just buy touch up paint? it's for an OB sedan.
thanks!

Hey I've never really thought about going low much (mostly bc of east coast pot holes ect but what springs would give a minimal drop( I did read the suspension thread but I wanted opinions too)? Also do I HAVE to put a camber kit to meet alignment?

Touchup on any color doesn't really work well, but on black, it will always look bad.

Minimal drop would be revised Z springs.Originally Posted by VincenzG35

You will need an alignment, and ask them to just get it as close as possible. You should be alright without a camber kit.

Would changing my "HR-like" Y-pipe to a Megan HR Y help reduce this weird rasp that I'm getting?
It sounds like there's loose metal rattling, when I hit the 2800-3100 RPM mark.
My setup as follows:
Berk TP 2.5"
To Y inlet 2"
to Y outlet 2.5"
Mid pipe 2.5"
Muffler 2.25" to 3"
I figured getting rid of that 2" to 2.5" change in my Y to at least a 2.5" to 3" would help with the rasp in the center of my car. I know I have rasp in the muffler section but it doesn't sound as close as the rasp I hear coming from the center of my car.

What about anything aftermarket? I don't really wanna pick up a pair of used springsOriginally Posted by NFSP G35

There are, but there's really nothing to worry about with used springs, provided you go with new shocks, as the shocks are the real wear component.
By the time you buy new springs and shocks, you may as well go with coilovers.

it was a porter cable da (I believe 7270?). I was using a 4 inch pad/backing. The threads on the pad itself were stripped completely for some reason Originally Posted by thescreensavers

I have pics that'll attach if wanted
