As eluded to, that's definately aftermarket. What it's for? Who knows. Something that's been removed or something you've never noticed. If you're really interested you'll have to hunt it down

Personally either way I'd remove it or change it to a switch that doesn't look so god aweful, man that's rough

Oh and get you some!

My headlights are getting to the point where I don't want to do a yearly restoration. There's too many leaks in the sealant and I'm too lazy to keep doing this every year hah. Thanks in advance.

They are a great deal if you don't want xenons. These things are halogens. You can always fix the leak in the sealant. A roll of the sealant from Nissan costs about $20.

There are other stuff you can use as well, just look what people use when they do projector retrofits.

I got P1122. I did a brief search and it is something related to Throttle Body.

What should i do? I reset it for now. Should i also quick reset ECU? Also if i do a quick reset of ECU, is there a radio password that i should be aware of? I have a 05 g35 sedan.

can i clean throttle body? Will the problem get solved with that? Or do i just need to replace the TB?

Thank you

how to do that?

i came across these terms: Accelerator Pedal Released Position Learning , Throttle Valve Closed Position Learning and target idle speed. don't know how to do throttle body relearn. please advise.

my idle rpm is around 650-750 without ac and 1 tick before 1k rpm with ac.

thanks

Throttle Valve Closed Position Learning
I believe that's the one you want.

I believe that's the one you want.
So i am going to follow the steps below

1. Make sure that accelerator pedal is fully released.
2. Turn ignition switch “ON”.
3. Turn ignition switch “OFF” wait at least 10 seconds.
Make sure that throttle valve moves during above 10 seconds by confirming the operating sound.

Now before doing this, should i disconnect the battery and reconnect after 15-20 mins or can i do it right away?

How to confirm that throttle valve moves? What kind of sound should i look for?

if i disconnect battery, do i lose radio password if any there? I don't want to be left radio-less and then go to dealership where they may try to rip me in name of password.

please advise. sorry for asking naive questions, i am trying something like this for first time in life so a little

I want to reduce my wheel gap a bit (2003 sedan). My friend wants to sell me his 350Z H techs.

2 questions:

1. What will give me a better look - the H techs or the G/Z combo - wheel gap is whats important to me. I want it EVEN and reduced.

2. Will I need a camber kit for either set up?

G/Z won't eliminate fender gap. Htechs should, but you'll probably want a camber kit for them, just in case
