I will. I'm a little worried if it could cause damage to the car, though i haven't noticed any unusual handling characteristics or uneven tire wear.

I think the only likely thing is that its causing damage to itself - that is if its set up for a different spring rate.

I flicked through the service records and didn't find anything about a strut replacement. I can't remember if prev. owner said anything about it either. My guess is maybe the old one blew out(?) and some dum dum replaced it with the wrong type. I think the spring might be the same though. If it had a different rate, would the car sit unevenly?

the spring is probably the same, but if the dampener is set up for the non sport spring and you use a sport spring (assuming they have different rates) it would cause accelerated wear on the dampener.

It is probably just an OEM replacement. Probably makes sense to buy the new strut from a wrecker if possible.

I've been even more pleased having Jelly Bean on it. Only gripe I have is that I have to constantly disable HW overlays in the developer options every time I update it, which is nightly, but that's by choice.

I decided today Ill wait for the Nexus 4. If I dont end up getting it, it will at least push down the prices of the S3

Correct, just something to be aware of, that's all.

Is it ok if we use Manual mode to shift till 5th gear then switch it to Drive mode at around 50-60mph in order to lower the rpm at freeway speeds?

Is it ok to use Fuel System cleaner with a 2005 g35 or could it damage the fuel lines?

thanks

I dont think there is any way to use the manual mode in a "wrong" way personally. I would do what you described.

I got my fuel lines cleaned at Mr. Lube, but didnt want it sitting too long so I drove around until my gas tank was empty after.

The A arm? Are you guessing or did you try to mount 19" wheels and it hit the A arm? If so, the tires you're running are the wrong size and if they are that large then you're running a truck tire....
