Looking for recent sellers for the M3 lip. It seems like the 1170 is the way to go, but most of these threads with eBay links are 3+ years old.

If anyone has information/links/recommendations that is recent that would be super rad.

Nismo Z + OEM 19s FTMFW My ride isnt harsh enough for me to care, maybe its a bit firmer but I dont care in the slightest.

If your springs dont match the spring rate your damper was designed for, it will cause accelerated wear on the damper. I saw a post somewhere that showed all of the spring rates for g35s and 350z and different trims/years of both.

I'm going to buy the Ionic nismo rear lip, could anyone chime in on fitment? Right now with the sale, the painted option is less than $100 more. If there is zero work needing to be done then I'm leaning toward buying it painted from them. Also, any install guides? Thanks

thanks
Your RPM should not change at all by switching from 5th to Drive.

In Drive the Torque converter locks earlier so once you are cruising its best to put it into Drive.

Most Fuel System Cleaners are Junk, the ones that work contain PEA. Techeron, Redline Si-1 are some of the few that have it. Which you can get OTC.

It will only make the shocks work harder, so they will go bad sooner. When no one knows. Just roll with it and if it breaks replace it.

Working on coupe seats... the price is acceptable to me but the seller wants to meet in person and do cash. I want to confirm they are working, so I offered to meet in person and then transfer via paypal, so I have some protection in case they are not functioning. He said no, because he has been robbed through paypal before (???).

So my other option is test all functions manually, meaning I need a pinout. I asked him what year, if it has memory, etc. He said it is an 04 with memory, heated seats, electronic adjustment.

IIRC, 04 = no memory. So, I ask you, g35drivers, what is your impression of this guy? IF I am right about that, what is a likely explanation for the inconsistency?

I'd walk away if he won't do paypal. I've had one guy say that, smoking deal on an item, once he said he doesnt do paypal he cited the same reason, I walked.

Just my personal opinion. I try not to buy anything that I cant use PayPal on

Just go do the transaction in person. When I want to buy something thats within an hours drive, I prefer to meet face to face as well.
