Noticed you edited your post. You can't really do what you're wanted. Your low beam functions on it's own. Your high beam and low beam are the same bulb. However, when you get an HID kit as DVG pointed out you don't want your high beam to be an HID because it will burn out the bulb very quick, thus you lose high beam capabilities by going with a bulb designed just for the fog light (it doesn't have a dual filament like the OEM bulb does). You can buy a dual filament yellow bulb (I think) but your high beams will also be yellow. You can change the bulb to blue for the high beams, but your fog flights will be blue as well and that defeats the purpose of a fog light.

The reason i ask is because, they both say "lowbeam" i dont want to get both and only one work, i want it to look like yours, blue hid low beam, yellow foglight.
and H4 type bulbes for the hid and foglight right?

The HID kit I have is similar to what you posted, not the same brand, but same thing as what I have. Basically you'll lose functionality of your high beams but I've found the fog lights to be bright enough that I don't need high beams. And for the low beams I just upgraded my bulbs to 6k.

The lower reflector is the fog light/high beam. No cars came with an hid here. If you want hids here, there are 3 options: best - retrofit a bixenon projector. 2.
