Best price on an aluminum under tray? I was recommended to buy one by my mechanic after having weird winter electrical issues.

I searched through the classifieds here with no luck. TBW (tollboothwilly) has these on ebay in different colors but you might get a better deal if you PM through here. Also scour the F book classifieds for a possible used one.

I'm wondering what people are using for ODBII diagnostics.
I have a simple code reader which can clear, but looking to expand into something that has the full range of features - sensor readings (O2, etc), SRS, etc.
Thinking of going torque pro andriod app with a BT OBDII transmitter, but looking at the torque app specs, it may not do everything.

Aside from going pro and getting the Nissan hardware/software (not really viable for me), any suggestions?

Thanks, they are much more expensive than I thought they were going to be. Shame.

For OBD2 reader I use a BAFX bluetooth OBD2 adapter and the Android software Torque Pro. Sometimes I use the NDS2 software but usually it's just Torque, reads every sensor in realtime, reads almost all DTC codes, pretty much all I need besides an oscilloscope but I have one I can borrow so...

I just bought the BlueDriver obd2 bluetooth scan tool. Measures lots of real time data, useful for analyzing your short/long term fuel trims when looking at your oxygen sensor voltages. It also reads transmission, ABS and SRS codes. Pulled a B1134 on my car yesterday, going to look into it when I have time this spring.

Searched the boards and came up empty so, this seems like the proper place to ask a random question or two.

I've had my '03 G35 MT Sedan for almost two years now. I just passed 180K and just started to mod it. I put on the cheap mods already: a K&N Drop in Filter, a Stillen Z-tube, and a Helix throttle body spacer. I'm trying to convince my wife to let me do the plenum spacer, then that will probably be it for me, since I'm in California and don't want to deal with anymore CARB bs. Of course I want to advertise these mods with some decals (K&N, Stillen, and maybe skunk2). That made me notice the one decal I already have on the car, namely, the 2003 Motortrend North American Car of the Year sticker. After 15+ years, my COTY decal is in sad shape.

I'm wondering, is there anywhere I would be able to get a new one? I tried looking on Motortrend's site, as well as ebay, and no luck. Anybody else ever request this or am I the lone weirdo?

Definitely not alone but I don't advertise my stickers, they're all glued to the inside of the trunk lid where they're safe from UV damage lol.

Take a picture of the sticker you're trying to replace and maybe someone can come up with a source for you. I have a feeling you'll have to scour the internet for a good image of one and have a sticker shop make a UV resistant one for you though.

Great idea:

Here she is:

2003 NA COTY G35 Coupe/Sedan Sport

I'm going to try and replicate it in photoshop and see about having it made. I'm a stickler for originals, but sometimes an homage will have to do =)

I'd be rocking that sticker inside my trunk lid if I had a 2003!

Not sure if you have a coupe or not but I’m going to start a part out fairly soon as I got a new car. I have a TBW one in silver if you’re interested

Can’t find solid answer to crank question

What’s up y’all. I got a blown rev up engine with rod knock. Seeing as they’re hard little buggers to come by I’m gonna rebuild it on a budget and give it to my brother.
My questions is, Will internals from a DE fit right into the rev up no problems? Specifically the crankshaft. I know the pistons have a slightly different deck height to accommodate the different heads and the rods have different style bolts. But I don’t know anything about the Rod itself or the crank. Are they the same specs? I’ve searched and not found anything addressing this here or at the Z forums.

Thanks
