I have two questions. I'm not sure if it is me being a noob or Infiniti do things differently that confuses me lol
1. I went to my car this morning to check on the oil level, and it was fine, but when I took off the oil cap (had to use brute force to turn it loose), it seems empty inside as picture below. Is it because all the oil has drained to the bottom?
2. Whenever I start up the car (cold/warm) and drive it for the first ten second or so, I would hear a short noise that appear to be under the steering column. Brought it to the mechanic and he said he hear nothing...here is the video
its around 00:41 might need to crank up the volume to hear the noise
Thanks a lot!

Ahh, got it. Just to make sure since I kept on doubting myself. But the noise also happens during a warm startup. Is that mean the ABS is going out?
glad its something normal. I am starting to notice so many noises a car make when I bought this G lol. Now I'm noticing there are issues with my family's car.

Interesting though how the Infiniti suppose to be a luxury car, is making more noises than the corolla (Matrix) lol. Of course it is still much nicer than the corolla.
Today I bled my clutch and was struggling because there wasn't pressure on the pedal for it to come up. Only till I started playing with the slave cylinder I finally got it to have full pressure through the pedal on the way up. I exam the slave cylinder with valve close to see which way goes where when you press the pedal down. Pressing down the pedal, the slave fork or piston whatever moves out away, and pedal coming up it moves back down. So I did bleed procedure, crack open bleeder valve, told buddy press down and hold, I close bleeder valve, told buddy to come up on pedal, and then I helped assist the slave cylinder by pushing it down a little since I notice there wasn't a lot of travel going on with the fork (or piston whatever lol). Only then I finally got pressure on my pedal so I stopped. Why is that? Do I need to grease up the slave cylinder in the boot or something? Is my cylinder going bad? This isn't an old cylinder it was replaced already before probably no more than 30k miles.

The clutch fork will push the slave cylinder back in because of the clutch pressure plate. Remove the slave cylinder and push on the clutch fork with your hand, it should be VERY stiff.
Are you saying that the clutch fork isn't pushing the slave cylinder piston back in? Or is that functioning properly but the clutch pedal just won't lift?
I would order the rebuild kit for the CMC and CSC and just rebuild them both, it's less than $50 worth of parts to rebuild them both with OEM components.

Correct it doesn't BUILD pressure like the brakes do but it's still a hydraulic system. Basically the only difference is you just pump the clutch once whereas the brakes you pump it a few times.
It certainly wouldn't hurt to push the pedal a few times but it's not necessary, it won't build and store pressure.
How certain are you that your buddy knew what he was doing and wasn't accidentally letting off the clutch before you tightened the bleed screw? Are you sure the reservoir never went empty?
If you are sure it was done properly then you should just rebuild both CMC and CSC. Typically they are replaced/rebuilt at the same time anyways because they wear out at nearly the exact same rate.
The rebuild is SUPER easy btw, no way I would buy an aftermarket one and I wouldn't even get an OEM unless the wrong fluid was used and pitted out the cylinder wall.

yes it has everything except nav and rear reclining seats. So the bucket seats are another option instead of the reclining ones?
