If you also get the 350Z intake tube (z-tube) it sounds pretty amazing as well. That part number is 16576-CD000 but you should buy a pre-owned one because they're fairly expensive from the dealership. If you get the Z-tube you will also need the 350Z PCV hose from the intake to the left side valve cover.
You could also get the Stillen intake which is a direct copy of the Z-tube but has the PCV hose location in the same spot so the original Infiniti one will work. Pretty good price on the Stillen one but you need to keep your OEM flexible coupling where it attaches to the throttle body. The 350Z intake it's all one moulded piece.

Picked up a lightly used and unrusted 350z STOCK exhaust locally. Can I just bolt my 8" extension from my aftermarket exhaust to it and call it a day?
Would prefer to not have to deal with cutting and welding extensions. Want a bolt in 350Z stock boi to G35 extension. Hope it's this easy.

If memory serves correctly aren't the 350Z tips shorter than the ones on the G coupe muffler? It'll still fit but might not look right.

I forgot the y pipe 2 bolt gaskets the first time. Screamed internally a bit lol.
Amazingly quiet now. It's nice. I miss quiet. It drone so damn much with the HKS rep. It was like 30% better with the Magnaflow mid pipe too.

I debadged mine at the dealership when I got it, and there were already some faint traces that remained for over a year. With your car, after 14-15 years of being out in the sun, the paint underneath the letters will almost certainly look newer than the surrounding paint. What you can try is remove one of the letters to see how it looks, and if it's really obvious, then put that letter back on using some plastic emblem trim adhesive

Depends on the color really, black will usually have no issue. However your clear coat will have oxidized and it gains a "yellow" tint which is noticeable on some colors, typically the brighter the color the more noticeable. Also, with newer paint I think what most people end up with is ghosting of the ADHESIVE around the edge of where the letters used to be. Proper debadging means using polishing compound and a buffer when you're done. Properly polished there will be no outline on new paint.
