Add me to the list of victims! Im in Arizona and ifs a heat issue that is causing this failure that I have read a couple times then Im screwed no matter what haha. I went to my Infiniti dealer and they just looked at me dumbfounded when I told them about the issue. They wanted 532 to replace the brake light. I have also addressed the issue to InfinitiUSA. Keep your fingers crossed dudes!

 

I have the same problem... noticed it about 2 months ago. It randomly stops working. Sometimes if I turn the car off and start it again it will work again.

 

I doubt Something will happen at thisnpoint. It's been about a year with dozens of complaints.

Time to look for simple repairs, or cheap LeD strips that fit in the stock housing.

 

Just for information purposes ,we have our third brake replacement that is problem free. So far we have replaced about 50+ failed OEM third brake lights and do about 5-10 a week consistently .

I ended up sending mine in to LEDMarkers and good as new, no problems what so ever. Very fast turn around too!

 

damn i just got my car it seems its suffering from this issue

 

As a little update ,we have done about 150 replacements or more now and counting

 

I have an OE repaired one I'll let go for $40 plus shipping.

If they ignored over 50 complaints, I don't think there's much left that we can do

Mines not exactly out it flickers to the beat of my sub! super strange kinda like it but just recently it just turns on when it wants to.

 

I had it too, dealer wanted to charge me $400 to replace so I got an oe style aftermarket spoiler with the led. All of a sudden it started working. I asked the guy at the body shop how he got it to work and he told me it was something with the wires and he fixes them all the time

 

Mine just stop working and I have a factory spoiler.
