As for a write up its pretty simple.
As for the wiring thats a whole other story. Chasebays wiring harness is a plug and play harness for the LSX to G35. Just uses the the chassis plugs next to the battery for power and grounds.
For the gauges it was simple everything was labeled on the brain of the Computech racing LCD datamaxx, you just needed to put each wire where it needed to go. I think there is a total of 8-10 wires running from the motor/ harness to the cluster.
As for some of the sikky stuff its crap. Really the only thing thats messed up is their clutch line kit. Chasebays has fixed their problems and is now making them for anyone interested in doing this swap. Everything else like the mounts is fine.
Ordered my tubing, flanges, and magnaflow 3.5 in/out for my exhaust today.

Updates? Does the car retain all factory functions? Power windows? Door locks? Whippers? Trunk? Cruise control? AC controls? Are you using the PCM from the LS and ECU from the G? Are you using 2 keys? Does it pass emissions?
