VDC & SLIP light! Stalling! Help!

hello g35drivers! i have a problem, i have a 03 sedan with around 89xxx miles. engine is cherry. Ive had this car for the past 4 months, i bought it at a tow yard. anyways, what the car does is everytime i start it is there are no lights except service engine soon and airbag light, when i put it in drive and if i tap the gas too hard the car sort of stalls and slows down, as if the differentials are locking up and i press the gas and it goes nowhere, its only until the slip and vdc lights pop up, it drives fine. this only happens when i first start up the car and drive away. so my routine is to put it in drive and let it roll till the lights turn on, then its fine. if i push the gas lightly its fine. only when i push the gas a little bit more is when she stalls out, there is a loud rubbing sound is from the rear. It is only after the slip/vdc light come on the car accelerates fine. i had a mechanic check out my diff fluid and everythings fine. he says hes not sure what the problem is. I would like to know anyone with a similar problem with a solution or any opinions. Thank you

push the VDC button 1st then see if it stalls , Any time my VDC is off ,and I get wheel spin the ECU shuts power for about a second,
Secondly have the code read for your CEL .

I plan to go to Autozone or Advanced Auto to borrow their scanner.

Any help would be appreciated.

THanks,

If the ECU detects wheel spin it will cut power for about 1.5 seconds.

another way to get the slip to show up without driving and waiting for it to catch is by turning your steering wheel all the way left. when i do that with my car, slip and vdc lights turn on.
That doesn't sound right.U might wanna get that checked out.

I had a similar issue it could be either camshaft or crankshaft sensor. In my case it was crankshaft since it ripped on me being low lol.

If your interior lights are not working that's a BCM error you need a new computer about $400+ from the stealership!
