Yes, I've seen one on rockauto for 89 but it states that its the wheel bearing only, but it kinda looks like the whole hub assembly.. Has anyone ever purchased this before ?

Yes, they are OEM manufactured bearings (NTN) distributed by Timken and are bearings only. You need to purchase the hub and press them together.

There was an ebay seller selling them together for a while.

Have a read.

the $89 is for the bearing only... As mustang said, the bearing will need to be pressed onto your existing hub.

also, maybe another question for Mustang... I need to get my caliper brackets off but they are on there pretty good. Any suggestions on how to get the two bolts out?

22MM socket + breaker bar + pipe over the end.

If you turn the wheels to either side, you can get the clearance to put a little torque into the pipe.

If you have a 22mm wrench, put the closed end on the bolt, and then use another wrench with a little mass and hit the end of the wrench. You don't need to go crazy, but the act of quick, sharp impacts can usually break the bolt loose like an impact gun.

Usually when i need to break a bolt loose, i can suceed by using 2 wrenchs. One is the closed end over the bolt, and the other wrench to hit the wrench in the loosen direction.

I have never needed an impact gun using that method.

Hey Phil, just out of curiosity, are you guys able to press the hub assembly and wheel bearings together? I'll be in the market for rear wheel bearings for my rwd sedan in the near future.
