Nitrous Express#744-60000 Or NOS#741-05029

I'm thinking in getting a very small nitro tube. (The ones in the title) but I don't know which one is better. I'm not interested in the big nitrous tubes I'm just looking for a little extra boost. I'm being very serious abou this and I need an honest answer on which one would give me more hp and would be better for my 2005 Infiniti g35x

The nozzle size determine the nitrous level, not the size of the "tube" (I think you meant tank but really not sure)

You really sound like you need to do a lot more research before going with aby type of nitrous. There is no such thing as universal as they claim. Neither has any type of piggyback for tuning or timing retardation. I can pretty much promise you either will damage your car eventually.

Yeah I meant tank. And I did a bunch of research on these but all websites say the exact same thing ( that's why I came to the forums) that's what I can afford though. If you could find something for that price and won't ruin my vehicle that would be much appreciated. I just need a little extra boost nothing big.

Again shot size is determined by nozzle and not tank size. Actually larger tanks are safer as they hold pressure longer. Minimum you would need window switch, WOT switch, knock switch, 1st gear lockout, pressure guage, purge, and piggyback with map selector to ever be considered safe. Plus G35s are stock 335cc injectors with 85-90% duty cycle. So larger injectors and 255 walbro are great to have too.

Nitrous is not hit and miss. One screw up and your motor is done.

Well I live in Illinois and nitrous is illegal in this state so that's why I was going with a small one so I could hide it. But if it's not going to be safe then I guess I need to find out another way on making my G35x faster. I have a stillen air intake and a manzo catback exhaust. What else in the price range of $200 to $400 do you think I could get to make my car a little faster? (About 50 to 100 more hp)

Nitrous is completly legal in Illinois. Only illegal with intent to inhale.

Your power goals are not remotly possible on your budget. Sorry.

What is the most popular thing people usually put in G35x's to make them faster? (In acceleration hp)

Intake, plenum, exhaut, tune are by far most common mods. Will run about ~2-3k for everything and net you 15-20hp.

Turbo or supercharger kits normally cost around 8-10k with support mods and net 100-120hp.

Alright. Looks like I'm gonna have to save up lol. If I was to get the regular sized nitrous tank would there be an alternative place to put it? (I have two 12" subs in my trunk and barely can fit anything in there)

Trunk is the easiest to mount but make opening/closing difficult without a remote bottle opener. 2nd most common is in between rear seats. Then you can easily open bottle and check pressure gauge. I dont know if you are going purely Fast & Furious street style but, you will need a pressure valve and dump tube if you ever plan on going to the track with it.

A proper nitrous setup will run you in the round of ~2k. It would be good for 50 and up to 100 shot on stock motor.

How about a Y pipe that would go well with this? --> http://www.manzousa.com/index.php/pr...k-exhaust.html

I have the exhaust on right now and it looks and sounds amazing! I would like to get a new Y pipe to go with it if that would make a difference in a little more power i dont care just want it to look nice too. I've only found Y pipes for the coupe and none for the sedan x model.

After I put on my 5/16th spacer, exhaust, ART pipes, grounding kit and a Tune my car felt a lot faster. I would recommend some kind of HFC's (High Flow Cats). The tune I feel is necessary and just made me confident my car is up to par with where it needs to be.

I feel like Nitrous and Turbos ruin cars =/ I'm trying to keep mine for as long as possible! (This is just my personal opinion)
