After years of dealing with this dreaded fuel gauge issue and countless parts replacements, I decided to take another look, and I'm so glad I did. A module that acts as a communication between the Fuel Pump/Floats & the Instrument Cluster is what did it for me. I've never been so excited seeing my low fuel warning light again!...lol

RE: DeafBringer's fix for gas gauge issue

So I bent the contact arms ever so slightly so that the arms would press the contacts together with more pressure. So far I haven't had any issues and it seems to have consistently fixed the fuel gauge issue.

I still watch my mileage since it is habit from motorcycles with no fuel gauge which is a good practice anyways. I never fully trust the fuel gauge for any vehicle to begin with.
You said that adjusting the arms to make a better contact seemed to fix your gas gauge problem. Now that quite some time has passed is this still the case? Did bending the arms a bit really fix the issue or did you find that you still had the problem or that it went back to having the same problem?
