2003 g35 sedan over heating
My g35 is over heating don’t know why so here we go
first time it happened had a/c on and car sky rocket to over heating had car towed in they said thermostat they fixed it and burped the line car was good for awhile. Then couple weeks later with a/c on it over heated agine got it back to shop said nothings wrong... ok so took drive for 2weeks over heated agine with a/c on this time got it to my house let it cool off looked a few things, I just said screw it wont drive with a/c on worked for about a month then out of nowhere it over heated as soon as I got to work parked it came back to it when I was off started up and it was fine. Now I was driving down night way and it did it again my shop don’t know what it is they just write it off and I don’t wanna justart replacing a bunch of parts for no reason.... when it over heats the coolant comes out the over flow on revisor haven’t see. It come out any where els
some people say water pump, stuck shut thermostat, the bleeder tee cracked, clutch on fan, warped heads witch I hope not, head gasket but I don’t see any oil in antifreeze
please help gonna start pulling it apart tomorrow

No one can diagnose your issue as described from over the Internet. The shop you are taking it to is not doing you any good at this point. Someone, you or a more professional shop, needs to read the codes and systematically diagnose the issue. Also if it has overheated this much, you might have damaged the motor (like blown head gasket(s), warped heads, etc).
In the past, I've had issues with aftermarket thermostats failing, even when relatively new. You can find a new OEM thermostat on Amazon for not much more than aftermarket/autozone units, plus i think it includes the gasket.
Aside from that, can you verify the electric (or mechanical) fans are functioning? My electric fans on my 05 sedan turn on low ~203* and high at 207*. They should also turn on when you have the A/C running. Also, how old is the radiator? I changed one on my friends car that was full of corrosion from not running coolant/anti-freeze.

Over heating
Changed water pump changed two t-stats gave it a test for blowen head gasket it’s fine I took the heads off actually got them to a machine shop they said they where not wrapped changed head gasket any way. I was bleeding it for two days changed top rad hose new rad cap bottom hose stays cold
Over heating
The clutch fan comes on when u first start it up and stays on and the electric fan I can tell is on when it starts over heating... so I’m pretty sure the running right and I took the bottom hose off put hose in rad cap and it came flowing out the bottom of radiator fine unless there’s clogged spots in it
