AWD light slow flashing after about 4 miles

2005 G35X my AWD light starts to slow flash after driving about 4-5 miles started about 3 weeks ago on expressway I drove it home about 30 miles no problem, went to check it start the car and it was off drove to the store on the way home started to flash again. It's been doing this for a couple weeks sometimes driving 20 -30 miles and not coming on at all then next day drive 4 miles and starts to flash tires are stock and all the same size air pressure is good. I can't seem to find any information on this ( checked G35 driver forum found no info)other than 2 sets of different size tires would cause it, which all the tires are a match. Help please
John

Here are some excerpts from an '06 owner's manual. Hope this helps.

Get under the car and look for obvious signs of damage on the wheel speed sensors. Might have hit something that damaged one and it's sending a bad reading.

If nothing obvious then you're probably going to need to get a diagnostic at Nissan/Infiniti so they can tell you exactly what error the computer is generating. Might try plugging in an OBD2 scanner to see if it pulls anything but I think you're going to need Consult-II/III for that.

Thank You for the help, tried the scanner did not get a code. Going to pull the driver side rear tire & check the speed sensor as the wheel has been making a rubbing sound for the first few feet in the morning when i start out but goes away pretty quick. If nothing there I guess I'll go with the power train oil temp from the owner's manual. Thank's for both reply"s
They give me a starting point

perfect! But would this be related to any grinding? I may or may not have a bad bearing “front passenger” or bad cv joint, the grinding is uglier sounding when I reverse up hill onto my driveway.
