Infiniti North America did change the policy at the end of '03. However, it's 2 hours, not 4.Originally Posted by davidology

I was getting loaners from Infiniti when I was 23. I think if your old enough to buy and pay for your Infiniti to be serviced, then your old enough to get a loaner.
My car is now out of warranty but the ~4-5 times I did take it in before I always got another sedan for a loaner. Some times it was only for a few hours (seat fix) and one time it was for a week (new tranny).

I always get loaners from Ray Catena in Edison, even if its an oil change, I dont have time to be there early since I have to be at work early, I just drop off the night before and pick the following evening.. I am having an ongoing issue with the driver's seat and the last time they had to order a part and even asked if I just wanted to keep the loaner for a few days. I opted against it and said ill just make another appointment once the part comes in, but I must say they are always very helpful, and more than generous with loaners...

only once did my dealer not have a loaner available - they paid for a rental (it was a POS though).
