Help me out! What equipment packages do I have?
I am posting some pics of my 2003 sedan which I just bought. I am trying to determine if I have the sports suspension package. I read that the areo package requires the sports package but you can't have the wood option with the sports package. I have both the wood and areo package. The shocks are black the best I can tell. What packages does this car have?

The 03.5's don't have the doggy door.
The Nismo Aero kit (which is the one you have) can go on any 03-04, it does not require the sport package and it is color matched front and sides with a rear add on to the bumper cover.
I would call the dealer to find out for sure if you are that interested.
My bet is you don't...

It's definitely an 03.5 due to no doggy door. And like others have said, it may not be completely stock - it does look like it's been lowered a tad. The sports suspension shocks should be red, yours are black - they could've been changed out. The 5 spoke wheels are not there either - they could've been sold and these were put on to sell it (sort of stock). But, you are missing the "titanium tinted interior center console" that came with the sport suspension pkg. My guess is that the car didn't have the OEM sports suspension pkg due to it not having that. That center console in the pictures is a brownish color and not a silverish color, right?
By the way, your car looks nice. I've always liked the Nismo aero kit!

Thanks for the compliment. The aero kit is what sold me on the car.
The center console does look more brown than silver. I need to learn the lingo on this site. What does 03.5 mean? The car was built in Jan of 2003. The weird thing is that the original owner only registered the car in August of 2004. Local Infiniti dealer confirmed the warranty expires in Aug of 2008. This makes no sense to me unless the dealer used it as a demo or personal car. The car had 24K when I bought it. How can you tell it is a Nismo kit? Also, are the side skirts part of the kit?

Dude you need to read around the forum a bit and learn some basic terminology. Your car is an 2003.5, the second release of the 03 body style. Yours was made in Jan and released at the midyear, the original 2003 was made late 2002. Anyway, your car has obviously been modded, the Aero kit was put on post-purchase (just like mine). this is obvious because you can see the undercolor of the aero skirts, they have obviously been oversprayed to your body color on top of some red paint (this was likely done by infiniti, that's how my aero parts came too!)
oh yeah, and PLS get some clear side markers!

Car looks great you have the premium package with wood option and that was all the car came with from the factory. If you have adjustable head rests on your back seats then there is your proof that u have premium. The body kit is aftermarket. I don't think the car is lowered since the rear is still high a lowered car would be lower in the rear with the spring options available for the G35 unless they are coupe springs witch don't drop the car that much. Plus I don't think the dealership would do that to a demo. It was a good purchase choice the dealership added the kit for you already all you need to do is get bigger wheels and clear side markers.
