Bummer Shane....
It's going to be tough seening others get their cars in the next week;
But at least it won't be long now.. & it's highly unlikely that you will see one on the road b4 you get yours.

Just think of all those stiff necks you'll be responsible for in Rothesay when you get it.
hehehe...
I can just see someone on the corner as you drive by....
"Did you see that?"
"......Yeah, what the hell was it?"

That's too bad Shane. It's still as early as you originally thought, right?

Yeah, in the end I will be getting it around when I originally expected it anyways. I just got my hopes up when I was told it would be a couple weeks early.

^ 3 weeks will go by quickly and the wait will be worth it.

Well Shane,

I too am on delay. Just got an e-mail from my sales rep. She checked with head office and my car is still at port in Vancouver and has not been released because of the strike at the Vancouver Ports. Its release will depend on when the strike ends.. I am not sure how Infiniti is getting the other cars to dealers past the strike at the port?

Sorry to hear about your delay as well. Apparently mine is still at sea, but it really doesn't matter with the strike going on. As soon as it reaches Vancouver, it's gonna be sitting there anyways. Hopefully the strike will end soon!!!

Strange Shane,

I have scoured the net and cannot find any info on a strike at the Vancouver Port. There was a truckers strike for 6 weeks in the summer and is now over. In addition the truckers strike did not affect rail shipments!!! What gives...

It's funny you mention about the lack of information on the strike. I was checking earlier this morning on the net and I couldn't really find anything either.

I REALLY hope this doesn't delay the delivery of our G for too long!

Just got the G35x today...what a lovely colour in Blue Onyx. Spent about an hour at the dealer setting up everything. Unfortunately my phone did not really work with the Bluetooth system (my phone is NOT on the Infiniti supported list).

That was me driving on Sheppard tonight (6:00pm or so) in case you saw me on the road earlier!
