I just traded my 2004 Volvo S60R in on a new 08 Lakeshore slate journey with premium and sport. I gotta admit that the volvo would outperform the G in every aspect, especially handling, but the options in the G makes it one of the best values out there. So far so good, but I only have 68 miles on the G. We will see what I think down the road.

I had an 05 and an 06 S60R...loved then. But with the G, you have no suspension crash with the 4C, you can actually make a Uturn, and the nav kicks the butt of the R's. But the R's interior rocked, and once past the turbo lag and heat soak - the R was a rocket. I also dont' miss touch up painting my winglets every week or so, that and trying to find a dealer with an R trained tech.
Check out my post earlier in this thead, Page 29, for a pic of my 06.
