City of Marin. I was offered $2800 of MSRP at another dealership but they didn't have the color combo I wanted. So for $300 more I got a black interior

Wow, I didn't even bother with Marin because I figured with all the yuppies there, no dealership would give any discounts.

I've never even been to Marin before and didn't realize San Quinten prison was near the dealerships. It was a 1st rate dealership that didn't play any games.

I also got $2500 in the Bay Area (from Serramonte who matched Oakland). I'm hearing that number more and more so I think it's becoming the floor for how low dealers will go.

Would you happen to have the names of the salesperson(s) who helped you at both dealerships?

Wonder if this could be pulled off for a Sport. Those seem to be the ones in demand.

Last Saturday (1/6) I picked up my silver '07 G35x with the following specs.:

- Prem. Package
- Graphite/Wood
- Splash Guards
- Trunk net
- All weather mats
- Wheel locks

Total off the MSRP was $2523.81.

Counting miles before I can really push it.

I'm in the S.F. Bay Area and am wondering that too. I haven't yet begun true negotiations with a dealer yet since none really have color and package combo I want yet. Some dealer(s) now say my combo is going to arrive (without me special ordering) in a few weeks. Sport AT/Prem/Nav. So I'll be seeing how it goes, near the end of the month.

I was getting the impression that Sport with Nav/Prem was kind of rare but it seems like more are available at some dealers.

Anyone else with Sport model package deals they are willing to mention?

Side note: Man I'm glad I found this site and forum and others like it to help me out. Looking forward to becoming G35 owner.

Anyone in the DFW area looking for a 2007 G35S in ivory pearl?

I came across a great deal on a condo and I'm seriously thinking about selling the new sedan. I currently have 1700 miles.

Details of the car on here:

I think 2500+ off MSRP is doable in bay area for 2007 Sedans
