Cold Air Intake...Injen/Stillen

Hey guys,

I'm looking to install a new intake on my G35. I'm torn between the Injen Cold Air Intake system OR the STILLEN Generation 2 Long Tube Dual Intake Kit.

Does anyone have any personal experience or opinions on which one I should go with (or not do this at all), etc.

Also, pros and cons of doing a new intake?

Any feedback helps...thanks so much!
Adam

Stillen G3, only because they both give you about the same power but Stillen's filter placement is much easier to access for cleaning.

Indeed the G3 filter cleaning is MUCH easier, the Injen you have to pull the front clip back off to clean them.... I figure once a year cleaning isn't bad though.

A LOT less likely for hydrolock! I had to chill under an overpass for an hour and a half the other day because the rains came so sudden there were pools every where and I wasn't risking the motor.

Install on the Ijen CAI's. You can see they are VERY low.

I'd choose almost anything over the Stillen Gen 2.
Comparing the Injen CAI to the Stillen Gen 2 is apples to oranges.

You should be comparing the Stillen Gen 2 to the Injen SRI -or- the Stillen Gen 3 to the Injen CAI

i like the stillen gen2 a lot. gen3 is too much of a hassle to install since you have to cut the frame inside of your hood.

gen 2 is easy to install yourself
