Cold air induction
i wasnt saying hit it with 150psi. just enough to knock off the obvious dirt. but actually k&n says to take a brush and brush off any dirt/debris on the outside before using the cleaner and letting it soak.
Its not a K&n though its the popcharger. Like someon else said get the twenty dollar cleaning kit. Slightly tap to remove the dirt into the garbage then goto town. Make sure you let it "air" dry all the way out. Then lightly apply the oil. To much and it will coat the maf sensor and make your car act up.
Ya know, on second thought, I might just say f*** it and buy a new filter . Since it has no part# or even brand name anywhere on it, and was on the car when I got it, I can't really determine if it's a dry filter or one that needs to be oiled. Instead of paying $20 for a cleaning kit and not be sure about it, I'll just pay the $50 for a new one for the peace of mind.
