I agree. Kinda weird though, because I've bought HKS products before & the quality was there (HKS Dragger exhaust for my IS300, BOV for my WRX, & Ignition system for my STI). If their exhuast wasn't so expensive this could possibly be over looked, but 1500 is a lot of cash!

They make great products and support us with specific performance parts for the G and Z platform. Nothing wrong with that.

Ha! I was very surprised you didn't say something. MD products are top notch no reason not to let everyone know that based on your experience with their products.

Hmm sounds like it drones quite a bit? Sounds good though.

Son, I am disappoint.

Oh well, I still like how it sounds. Never felt any performance difference from it anyhow, this may have been a reason why.

Drone prone. It's why all the Z guys put magnaflow resonated X pipes in their units. Man that design sucks

Haha I just didn't wanna turn this into a MotorDyne thread. But I definitely recommend their products whenever people are in the market for them. And having personal experience with pretty much all their parts helps with my info.

Which exhaust are you looking at? I'll be the first to admit that the gamma axleback droned pretty bad, but the hemholtz resonators on the Shockwave v2 axleback address that problem very well. Throw on the ART pipes and droning goes to barely noticeable or non-existent.

You sure that's not a fake dude? When we chopped one off the mangled Z we worked on it was flush the whole way down with no ugly piece like that....
