Absolute BS. If my company sold exhausts I'd do everything in my power to right the situation, not send a customer through some warranty maze.

The answer to this problem is... MOTORDYNE

They should be able to answer these two questions. If the pipe is for some reason SUPPOSED to be there, ask them for a purpose. If it's NOT supposed to be in there, how the hell does that happen?
The pipe is part of the crossover but due to very poor workmanship/quality it's blocking 40% of the left bank. The only fix is to install a Magnaflow X pipe or make your own in place of their crossover IF you have the situation shown in the pic on page 1. I asked to hear feed back from members that have done so on My350Z and received trash talk from the threads author. All I asked was, "Have they found the same restriction in their HKS systems?" I'd like some feedback before I cut up my exhaust and add the X pipe. Is that too much to ask? Is this thread truth or fiction/bullsh!t?

Man, I wish I still had my cut up H-pipe so I could take a look inside it.

If you thought the exhaust was expensive for the G35/350Z...how about $1800 for the 370Z I'm a sucker for the looks and sounds of it, so I bought the exhaust for my old G and my current Z.

You should add an x-pipe anyway!

I cross-posted the link from my350z.

Yikes, maybe that's why HKS exhaust isn't giving people gains (or a contributor at least). I think the magnaflow pipe is a good idea.

i posted a pic on my original post of how I received the Y pipe from the seller. the H pipe was not hacked up or rewelded or it would be quite obvious like what he did to the 'Y".
