X02 exhaust with magnaflow xpipe and stock cats. I love the sound absolutely no drone or rasp. For $430 is a great deal and you'll get some descent power. I went from a 9.7 to a 9.3 on the 1/8 mile with this exhaust.

And the rattle is the damn ACT flywheel that I hate. Im taking it to the mechanic next week because its a little louder than normal.

It is a resonated x pipe. Its nice because unless you are at full throttle you can barely hear it.

Well the right tip was a little to close to the bumper but the muffler shop took care of that. The exhaust I bought it on ebay and the x pipe from a member here. Exhaust ($280) x pipe ($50) all new.

You won't necessarily loose power by putting it further down the exhaust, however the main objective of an x pipe is to aid in exhaust pulse scavenging (ie: using pressure to pull the combusted fuel/air out of the cylinders)
With our set ups it is best to put the x pipe right as the y pipe turns the 45 to run down the transmission tunnel.
