^^ i spoke to sasha at sg about the same thing when i got my long tube headers from him. on the non revup version its a must to benefit from the headers like the revup does. just installing the headers he said u can still see gains in the power band depending on the upgrades you have already and also that just because you have all the bolt ons doesn't mean all the bolt ons work in conjunction with each other....if one isn't doing its job correctly it can hold back the rest of the breathing mods.

Not required but there is certainly an interaction between the two.

I don't know what your results will be though.

I think I found out my lowend issue. My floor mat!!

My floor mat slid under my acc pedal preventing my acc pedal from being fully floored.

The metal ring on my mat tore off alowing it to slide under my pedal.

The pedal felt like it was floored, but was not. WOT voltage for the acc pedal is between 4.3-4.5V and for the TPS 4.12-4.16V as tested on other cars. Mine varied between 3.5-3.9V for both.

The voltage should go instantly to 4.3-4.5V APP sensor and 4.12-4.16V for TPS. My car did not do that, now it does with the mat moved from under the pedal.

0V= -17% 5v=120% so every volt is about 24% open ( I guess )

The revs pick up faster now in the range which showed my power loss before it was laggy. I plan to get dynoed soon to be sure once the weather here gets better.

maybe it's a toyota pedal. The coupes do have something to prevent it from sliding on the driver's side.

My metal ring tore off that attaches to the hook in the floor.

No, because I have sport pedals which are a little longer than stock the bottom was catching the moved mat.

Well at least it is hopefully solved. PPE was going to make me a different set of headers with no step.
