If you do cams make sure you get HR cam buckets (lifters). The reduced friction can give you up to 10-15hp on top of what the cams put out.

I think it's been proven on mine and SD's car we both have the mildest JWT cams his is 256 and mine is 260 duration we both have DLC coated buckets.

On my way to the shop with the headers.

You got me interested in those valve bucket the first time you mentioned them, how much did you get them for?

By the way, I found these in my email and thought you'd be interested to see the difference in the SGM and PPE layout.

So here's another one.....wen I look up like on import parts pro they have Supertech valve stems +1mm or +.8mm.....how do I know which one I need?? And where do I find the hr valve stems.....they fit without any modification??

You get them from the dealer. Just make sure they are measured right they come in different measurements for clearance. I try to get a part number for you.

Thanks for the pics where is the step located on the SG motorsports?

No problem on the link I hope it explained things. They use that coating in NASCAR. Waiting on my mechanic to get back to me on that part#.

Headers are installed just getting the O2 sensors extended should be dynoed in the next hr or so.

It is right before the long straight section leading to the merge collector.

Did you get a baseline dyno before the header got installed at RTtuning to see how well the car did with just the cams?

It's better to get the stock HR bucket for our cars since that one has the DLC coating. A lot of stock parts from the HR are nice upgrades to the DE. Like the studs, head gaskets, coolant piping, etc...
