07 g35x P0507
So I’ve been dealing with this issue for a few days now, when I first purchased the car I noticed the idle use to sit at 800 rpm and I discovered a gaping hole in the left side air intake hose which I replaced… P0507 was also happening but it would disappear on its own. I noticed the RPMs dropped to about 750 so I then decided to clean both MAFs and both throttle bodies… i sprayed the passenger side TB with CRC cleaner and didn’t move the butterfly door. I then moved to the left side TB moved the butter fly door and sprayed it with Tb cleaner. When I went to start the car it began idling around 950RPM-1200RPM and it hasn’t gone down ever since. I tried the pedal dance multiple times only for the engine light to flash slowly then fast like it was actually doing the idle relearn and then the SES light flashes slowly again and goes full solid… car still idled high. I then decided to take it to my mechanic and he told me that I needed a new throttle body which I forked up $485 for and it still didn’t fix the problem. The left side TB was definitely shot though. I disconnected the battery overnight for about 15 hours started the car again and it still didn’t relearn the idle. So I then brought it back to to my tech and he went through the relearn again changed the passenger side TB did a smoke test to check for any leaks but no luck his scanner still couldn’t execute the relearn. So now I’m stuck and I wanted to know if the android app NDSII or NDSIII may help me fix my issue that I’m having? Please help me out!!!!!!
So you have the HR engine which would require NDS3, I THINK it can do the idle air recalibration but I'm not completely sure since I haven't actually used it. Maybe someone else with an HR engine like @treacherous can chime in if they've had any experience with NDS3 app.
Have you checked your PCV valve and the various PCV hoses to make sure they're not cracked/loose/leaking? Sounds like you may need to smoke test your intake to look for any other leaks.

NDS did the relearn after driving car for a few days
