Question is....are you feeling dizzy from the gases from the engine compartment? : )

Seriously, how are you measuring the temp?

To check temperatures I use my calibrated index finger and...

Please note the lazer pointer (red dot) on the collector. This readout is after the car had set for 30 minutes so it doesn't mean much.

I checked the collector, under cover and air duct temperatures immediately after doing two back to back G-Tech runs on my local "Test Track". The collector was 126F, the undercover temperature was 164F and the air duct's external temperature was 122F with the engine at idle.

Yes it's accurate... at least it's real close (usually identical) to my garage liquid in glass thermometer.
