Exclamation 06 blinkers

I have the 06 headlights, and I was wondering about the orange blinkers in the headlights. they only comes on/blinks when you turn your indicators on. I also have a spare set of a buddys headlights (05 or lower dont know for sure), the orange blinkers always stay on (with the parking lights), and blink when you turn your indicators on. Is there a way to make my 06 headlights to do the same?!

I'm pretty sure that the blinkers always stay on if you have your parking lights on, as our blinkers ARE the parking lights (we don't have fog lights, but from your avatar it looks like you have LED's in the bumper). So I guess the answer would be to somehow wire the parking lights to come on and stay on when the headlight switch is turned to auto. Does that make sense? I could be wrong. :P

as i said in my post, they dont stay on my 06 headlights when parking lights are on all they do is blink when i turn the indicator on.

I'm not sure if i follow, but i think I need to connect my blinker wire with the parking/city lights, so they would always come on or I can possibly connect them with the same wire that turns on the LEDs that are in my vents. I have my headlights completely off so now would be the time to do it! Can someone help me identify which one is the wire for blinkers?!

My bad. I misunderstood your post. Disregard what I said then. I am not keen on wiring, so I can't answer this question, sorry!

there is DIY in the DIY section, you will need to retrofit a 7443 socket and run that + dual filament bulbs, the 06 lights use 7440 sockets and single filament bulbs....there is a link in that thread as to where you can purchase the socket if you don't have a spare pair of 03-05 lights to use for the extra parts
