hey guys, i am going to get my front fenders pinched flat and have a question. The place i called (UMS Tuning) said that their rolling tool cannot pinch it flat. Is there something specific i should be asking for? Was he correct in saying that an eastwood fender roller will not be able to do this?

here is the pic of the roller they use

What you use is a Eastwood fender pincher.

The front fender are thin. It you roll them they could pull your fenders if not done perfect ..

They are about 50-60 from amazon.com. cheaper to buy it and do it yourself. Its very simple

I had about a 5mm gap between the new slimmer tires and fenders so I asked him to add just a tiny little positive camber to get them closer.
I get home and my rear looks way higher than it did so I measure it.... It jacked it up an inch!? I check the spec sheet and rear camber went from -3.9* to -1.6*!? Would that affect the height an inch? Should I take it back to the shop and have them change it back? Or can I adjust the camber arms only without affecting the toe?
Should I have left the camber @ -4* and just added 5mm spacers?
Correct. If you add back camber, it will raise the overall height of your car. Just adjust your coils and go lower.

Yes that is the tool: http://www.eastwood.com/fender-finisher-1.html

Remove the screws in the fender well and clean the inside of the fender to remove any debris/dirt.

Heat up the fender and pinch flat (just the fender not the fender liner) .

225/40 It's a tall tire which is why it looks so big. I will be going to a 225/35 when these wear out.

OK, photo is dark so I can't see how close the tire is to the fender. If its close and rubbing badly I would hold off on adding the large spacer until you get a smaller tire size, would hate for you to jack up your fender.

it's not rubbing at all at full lock.. the only thing i have to worry about is turning and bumps or dips. anything more then a 1/2 turn of the wheel and a bump will rub. I have the car raised up a bit now until the show this weekend to be safe though. at full lock there is about 2mm's clearance from the top of the tire and the fender
