Not sure I understand your question about the 'lugging 2 sets of wheels around' but yes, you do have to torque the wheels down properly. The factory specs for lug nuts are 80ft/lbs of torque. Make sure to bolt them down in a star, criss-cross pattern, too.

Sure you can Marcel, just don't overtighten them and do as the OP said and tighten in a criss-cross pattern in stages.
It's a worthwhile investment to purchase yourself a good 1/2" drive torque wrench just for doing your wheels yourself. It is also important to retorque them after you get 100-200 miles on them everytime you change them.

Not sure if this counts, but as I was getting stuff done, I saw this on the shelf and rolled it over to the car:

It's a Hyperblack 19" Axis, they look pretty nice. I'm still undecided on whether to get a big 5 spoke like the Advan Kruzer or a Big mesh. (argh) Hiko's and Railgunner's are still my fav (nice choices)

Heh, I am starting to like those Axis wheels. But I am trying to get more exposure to wheels and the sort, Wayne has been helping me alot with the offsets, thanks Wayne!

It took me about 5 tries to get a photo that looked partially normal

I'd discourage buying Axis wheels. Based on my experience w/ my Axis rims, their quality isn't that great - similar to those of the super cheap brands like HP Racing, Exel, Motegi, etc. but their price is substantially higher. Furthermore, many of their designs are knock-offs.

Now, I don't mind cheap knock-offs, but what I don't like is their lack of durability. I cracked 2 of my Axis rims and if you search around other car forums, you'll find people w/ similar durability complaints.

And I'm not an idiot who doesn't know how to drive w/ low profile rims/tires either. All of the cars I've ever owned have had aftermarket rims and I've had Enkei, SSR, BBS, Borbet, Impul, Axis, and currently Work rims. The ONLY rims I've ever cracked were the Axis rims - twice! Furthermore, the clear coat on the Axis rims started disintegrating after a while and the Axis logo on the centercap fell off after a couple of years.

Those are sick wheels IPG! 5 spoke wheels are gonna make the new G look really sporty. The black spokes on a IP should look quite stunning!

Looking forward to the pics!

Hey, btw, wasn't marcelkatz supposed to be posting up pics of his Sevas' today......?
