Looks good!

What springs are you getting? The H&R sport springs? I'll be curious to see just how much camber you have to put on the rear to keep them from rubbing.

If you stand a straight edge (level, etc) across the rear wheel how much space do you have between the straight edge and the outer edge of the fender well? I'm guessing 1/2"?

I'm curious because I'm 1/4" out and if you clear then I could get my rears (9.5 +40) to clear with no problem. I ordered another set of rear RIMS (9.5 +48) that will be flush but I may end up having to put a spacer on them if they come in too much once when it's dropped.

You going to get the OEM style rear spoiler?

You mean that you have to shave a layer of metal off where the hub meets the rotors? What if you dont shave 3mm, will it not fit under the rear fender well?

Hmmm... Your 3mm shave will = 0.12 inchs. If you're 1/2" out (12.7mm) and can clear with a 3mm shave then as long as I'm under (12.7mm - 3mm) or approx. 9.7mm then I should clear. My 40+ are exactly 1/4" out (6.5mm). 9.7mm -6.5mm = 3.2mm clearance!

So I might actually be able to run my 40+ on the rear... Only question is, how much camber were you planning on running in addition to the 3mm shave

I don't think 3mm will bring it back under the fender.

Yes, they sure will. I did the same exact thing, 3mm shaved from the centerbore and rolled the fenders which came out perfect, flush with the fenders. Good Luck!

BTW, The wheels look SICK!!!

Marcel - Why are you so up on Automotive Mods? It looks like they sold you a set of rims that don't fit properly. Also, what's up w/ this shaving the hub of the rim to get it to fit properly? They should be ordering you a set of new rear rims that have the proper offset and width so that there is no need for modifications to the rim itself.

Railgunner - Have you had ANY rubbing issues thus far? If not, that means the rear tires are tucking into the rear wheel wells when you are driving w/ rear seat passengers and/or going over large bumps. Thus, lowering the car a modest 1-1.5" should definitely allow the tires to tuck into the rear wheel wells.
